The Education Debt Consumer Assistance Program (EDCAP), a program of the Community Service Society of New York (CSS), is funded by New York State to assist New Yorkers struggling with student debt. EDCAP helps borrowers navigate the student loan repayment system and regain financial health, while also supporting future students in applying for financial aid and reducing their debt burden.
